Paulo Marchesan is the President, Portfolio Support Group of Percheron Capital. Mr. Marchesan leads a team of dedicated, senior executives with deep functional expertise that work in partnership with the founders and management teams of Percheron’s portfolio companies to identify, design and execute initiatives that support growth and value creation. Prior to Percheron, Mr. Marchesan was a Senior Director in the Portfolio Operations Group of Butterfly Equity, where he led operational value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Marchesan was a senior executive at Restaurant Brands International (“RBI”), a 3G Capital portfolio company that franchises more than 24,000 quick service restaurants. At RBI, Mr. Marchesan served in multiple leadership positions, including Head of North America Field Operations, Head of People and Management, and Vice President of Franchising and Development for Burger King. Earlier in his career, Mr. Marchesan was a Principal in the Consumer Operations practice at McKinsey & Company. Additionally, Mr. Marchesan is an accomplished entrepreneur who founded and operated a successful services business with locations in Florida and Arizona. Mr. Marchesan received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Civil Engineering and MS from UFRGS in Brazil.
