Oscar Liang is the Vice President of Finance of Percheron Capital. Mr. Liang is responsible for the accounting and operational functions at the firm. Prior to Percheron, Mr. Liang was an assistant controller at Headline, a venture capital firm, for five years. Prior to Headline, Mr. Liang was an auditor at Deloitte San Francisco, where he focused on the investment management industry. Prior to Deloitte, he was a senior accountant at Industry Capital Advisors. Mr. Liang began his career at Berkeley Partners, a San Francisco based real estate investment firm. Mr. Liang received an MBA from the University of California, Davis, a BA in Finance with a second major in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Liang is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
