Joe Buscaglia is an Operating Partner of Percheron Capital. Mr. Buscaglia collaborates with the management teams of our partner companies to help scale their businesses, including helping define the value creation strategy, assemble the necessary talent and resources for accelerated growth, and execute operational improvements. Prior to Percheron, Mr. Buscaglia was the Chief Financial Officer of Abra Autobody & Glass, a private equity-backed automotive collision repair business with over 400 service centers. At Abra, Mr. Buscaglia was a member of the senior management team that defined and executed a growth playbook focused on customer and teammate experience, organic growth, margin expansion, greenfield expansion, and acquisitions. During his tenure with Abra, the Company increased customer satisfaction, accelerated organic growth, and added over 150 new service centers. With the merger of Abra and Caliber Collision in 2019, Mr. Buscaglia helped create the first national collision repair chain in the country. Prior to Abra, Mr. Buscaglia worked at Pep Boys for over 18 years in various management positions in Strategy, Finance and Accounting, Operations and Procurement.
