Brad Sanders is the Managing Director and Head of the Portfolio Support Group of Percheron Capital. Mr. Sanders manages the Portfolio Support Group, a team of dedicated, senior executives with deep functional expertise who lead Centers of Excellence that work in partnership with the founders and management teams of Percheron’s portfolio companies to support growth and value creation. Mr. Sanders is currently on the Boards of Veritas Veterinary Partners and Caliber Car Wash. Prior to Percheron, Mr. Sanders was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Raising Cane’s, one of the fastest growing quick service restaurant businesses in the country. During his 18-year career at Raising Cane’s, Mr. Sanders helped the business grow from eight restaurants in Louisiana to over 500 restaurants in 27 states and five countries. While at Raising Cane’s, Mr. Sanders served in a variety of senior leadership positions in Operations, Real Estate Development, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. Mr. Sanders received a BArch from Louisiana State University.
