Brad Alvarez is the Vice President of Legal of Percheron Capital. Mr. Alvarez is responsible for the legal functions at the firm. Prior to Percheron, Mr. Alvarez was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP for over five years. At Latham, Mr. Alvarez focused on private and public mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate legal matters. Prior to Latham & Watkins, Mr. Alvarez worked at Credit Suisse in investment banking. He received a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Harvard University. Mr. Alvarez is licensed to practice law in California.
