Kerim Yalman is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Pera Capital Partners and has a background in investment banking and management. Having worked in his family business, TATKO, for 10 years, first as CFO then CEO, Kerim spearheaded the successful restructuring and turnaround of the company. The experience included selling stakes in non-core businesses and growing its core tire business into the largest independent regional distributor. Kerim started his career with JP Morgan in their Istanbul office, where he established their business in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Kerim has a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School (1999) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Harvard University (1993).
