Jarosław Witczak is responsible for deal structuring, negotiations, and exits. Prior to founding Penton Partners, Mr. Witczak was responsible for the domestic energy and telecommunication sectors at the European Privatization & Investment Corporation (EPIC). Mr. Witczak was an Investment Director at BIG Finance – the corporate finance and advisory arm of BIG-BG Bank Group (now part of Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP) leading the M&A team on all transactions, including target selection, transaction structuring, valuation, raising capital and negotiations, and MBO and employee buy-out (EBO) transaction advisory. Previously Mr. Witczak was an Investment Director at Trinity Management responsible for private equity and venture capital, completing over 60 transactions and serving on numerous management and supervisory boards including OCTAVA NIF, and PARKIET (Poland’s leading financial newspaper). He holds an MA in Banking and Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a Polish licensed stock broker.
