Bartosz is responsible for supervision of the investments and exits. Prior to founding Penton Partners, he served as a Deputy Director of the Strategy and Capital Investment Department at the WARTA Insurance and Reinsurance Company (part of the KBC Group). Mr. Janikowski was responsible for all Venture Capital transactions, including valuations and business negotiations with portfolio companies including raising capital and exits. Mr. Janikowski served on the Supervisory Board or the Management Board of portfolio companies. He was also a member of WARTA’s Investment Committee, a Management Board President at WARTA Investment and a Supervisory Board Member at WARTA Asset Management. Previously Mr. Janikowski was an Investment Director at Trinity Management. He holds MA in Banking and Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics.
