Karel Gielen has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry. Since 1999 he is managing partner of the Buy Out Fund, a succesful closed end fund, specialized in buy outs (in liquidation phase at the moment). Next to his role as partner at Pentahold he holds serval mandates as independent director with SMEs.
