Geert Vanderstappen has gained knowledge as Corporate Officer within the Corporate & Investment Banking department of Generale Bank and gained operational experience during as CFO of Spector Photo Group for 7 years. Since 1999 he is managing partner of the Buy Out Fund, a successful closed end fund, specialized in buy outs (in liquidation phase at the moment). Next to his role as partner at Pentahold, he holds several mandates as independent director and member of the audit committee at stock listed companies.
