David is a founding Partner of Penta and was previously an Investment Executive within the private equity team at the Royal Bank of Scotland until 1999. David is a Chartered Accountant and worked with Coopers & Lybrand in Edinburgh and Toronto after graduating from the University of Edinburgh.
