Bio

Ms. Kanoff is General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of Peninsula Pacific. Since joining Peninsula Pacific in 2013, Ms. Kanoff has established the legal department and handles legal aspects for investments, project development, acquisitions, dispositions, compliance and litigation. She also serves as a Board Member of certain portfolio companies and regularly advises board members and senior management of portfolio entities. Prior to joining Peninsula Pacific, Ms. Kanoff was a Partner at the law firm of Latham & Watkins where she specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, handling public and private securities offerings and other complex financing transactions. She also served as an active Leader in the Hospitality, Gaming and Leisure, Retail and Consumer Products and Media industry groups. Ms. Kanoff received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) where she was the Senior Note Editor of the Berkeley Law Review. She also received a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley where she was Phi Beta Kappa.
