Bio

Nora is Chief Financial Officer at PCM and she has been instrumental in the creation and evolution of an institutional class operations platform at the firm. Nora has almost 20 years experience and has worked extensively in the areas of corporate taxation. Prior to her role as CFO at PCM, she was Director of Taxation at West Face Capital Inc., one of Canada's preeminent hedge funds. Before that, Nora spent over a decade in the Mergers & Acquisitions Tax and Audit groups at Deloitte. Nora serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Toronto French School, where she is also a member of the Audit and Finance committee. In the past, Nora served as a member of the Board of Directions of the YWCA Toronto, where she was also a member of the Finance and Audit committee and Chair of the Asset Management committee. Nora holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo and has recently completed her ICD.D designation jointly offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She is also a CPA charterholder.
