Bio

Joe is a Vice President at PCM and he was involved in the firm’s investments in P3 Veterinary Partners and Glass Lewis. He is currently actively involved in value creation at 123Dentist, P3 and Glass Lewis. Prior to joining PCM, Joe was part of BDC Capital’s Growth Equity practice where he focused on both growth equity and minority private equity transactions. At BDC, Joe was involved with BDC’s investment in Firmex – a leading middle-market virtual data room provider and he supported three portfolio companies and was actively involved in deal sourcing initiatives. Joe started his career in the M&A group at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto where he was involved in a number of transactions across a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy infrastructure and construction. Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Investment Management (Honours) from McGill University.
