Mr. Moore is a Managing Director of Peak Rock. He is responsible for originating, structuring, financing, and underwriting private equity investments in the healthcare, consumer, and business services industries. As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Moore also works closely with portfolio company executive teams to drive value creation initiatives. Mr. Moore has over 15 years of private equity experience and was previously a Vice President at The Riverside Company and an Associate at Arcapita and Banc of America Capital Investors. Mr. Moore began his career at Harris Williams. Mr. Moore received a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in economics and history from Vanderbilt University.
