Bio

Mr. Fitch is a Managing Director and the Head of Business Development at Peak Rock. He leads a team focused on identifying, sourcing and qualifying new opportunities and is responsible for helping develop and execute the new investment origination strategy for the firm. Mr. Fitch manages strategic relationships with a broad set of investment banks, corporations and other intermediaries. He has deep experience across many industries and transactions types, including with family and founder sellers and corporate divestitures. Mr. Fitch has over 15 years of private equity experience and was previously a Vice President at Platinum Equity. Mr. Fitch earned a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley.
