Bio

Mr. Leibman is a Managing Director of Peak Rock. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process and focuses on both equity and credit investments across consumer, industrial, healthcare, commercial services and technology sectors. Mr. Leibman has served on numerous Boards of Directors, working with executive teams at portfolio companies to accelerate organic growth, pursue add-on acquisitions and enhance operational excellence. Previously, Mr. Leibman was with Aurora Resurgence, a special situations focused private equity fund. Prior to that, Mr. Leibman was at Bain & Company where he led numerous engagements for middle market and Fortune 500 clients in North America and Europe. Mr. Leibman received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematical methods in the social sciences, magna cum laude, from Northwestern University.
