Mr. Garigliano is a Principal at Peak Rock. Previously, he held the positions of Vice President, Senior Associate and Associate at Peak Rock. Prior to joining Peak Rock, he was an Analyst at Lazard, where he was a member of the middle market group. While at Lazard, Mr. Garigliano worked on merger and acquisition advisory engagements across a variety of industries. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Garigliano worked in the Transaction Advisory Services division of Ernst & Young.Mr. Garigliano received a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University and a master’s degree in accountancy and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
