Bio

Mr. Mason is a Principal at Peak Rock. Previously, he held the positions of Vice President, Senior Associate and Associate at Peak Rock. Prior to joining Peak Rock, he was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. While at Houlihan, Mr. Mason worked on a number of middle market restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions across industry segments. Mr. Mason received a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in finance, with honors, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
