Mr. Wolf is a Vice President at Peak Rock. Previously, he held the positions of Senior Associate and Associate at Peak Rock. Prior to joining Peak Rock, he was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. While at Houlihan, Mr. Wolf worked on a number of complex financial restructurings, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raises across a variety of industries.Mr. Wolf received a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree, with distinction, in finance, investment and banking from the University of Wisconsin.
