Bio

Mr. Gamble has over 35 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Patriot, he was the Regional President for BB&T’s Greater Delaware Valley Region. He was responsible for the bank’s commercial and retail management teams covering Philadelphia and surrounding counties including Southern New Jersey. In addition, he was responsible for the commercial real estate and regional corporate lending teams. Mr. Gamble joined BB&T through the merger of Susquehanna Bank where he held a similar position. Prior to joining Susquehanna, he was the president of National Penn’s Southern Region, which covered southern Montgomery County, Philadelphia, Chester, and Delaware Counties. He managed commercial banking, retail banking and business development for 26 community offices and three business centers. He was a member of ALCO, Credit Policy, and Credit Committee. Prior to joining National Penn, Scott was Senior Vice President, Regional Credit Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Sovereign/Santander Bank. Prior to joining Sovereign, Mr. Gamble was a Division Head for Fleet/Bank of America’s Middle Market Corporate Banking Group. He originally worked for Prime Bank which merged with Summit Bank which merged with Fleet. He also worked at PNC Bank where he was a team leader in the Commercial Division and Continental/Midlantic Bank, where he held various positions from credit underwriting, workout and relationship management. Mr. Gamble earned his BA degree in Business Administration from Grove City College and has pursued additional training in management and capital markets. He has been active in a variety of civic and professional organizations through-out his banking career.
