Bio

Carsten König is part of the Infrastructure Asset Management team, based in Zug. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Greenlink and VSB Renewables. He has 28 years of industry experience, predominantly in the energy, automotive and engineered products sector. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at AlixPartners as a Managing Director, advising his clients on value creation programs and leading restructuring and turnaround projects including taking executive board positions such as CEO, COO or CRO during the transformation. Previously he worked for Roland Berger, FAG Kugelfischer and DEKRA AG. He holds a degree of Business Administration and Engineering (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) from Karlsruhe University / Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.
