Scott Levine joined Parthenon Capital in 2005 as Director, Human Capital. He has over 20 years of experience working with private equity, public, middle market, and emerging technology companies. As a member of the operating team, Scott oversees human capital and executive recruiting efforts for portfolio companies as well as human capital due diligence on new investment opportunities. He is a Board Leadership Fellow with the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Previously, he was at AT&T Wireless serving as their internal executive search consultant. Scott began his executive search career with Heidrick & Struggles International, where he was a member of the firm’s private equity, board, and international technology practices and focused on CEO, board of directors, and senior high-level executives in public and venture backed technology companies. He is the founder of the HSIINetwork – the Heidrick & Struggles Alumni Association – with over 700 members in 50 countries. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Scott was with InterTape Polymer Group and LaGasse Brothers, Inc., a division of United Stationers, Inc. Scott is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where he received a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business.
