Bio

Erik is a Partner at Parcom Capital. He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Frames Group, RH Marine Group, and Royal Ten Cate and previously Bakkersland (sold in 2017), Gusto MSC, Ammeraal-Beltech (sold in 2015) and Nedschroef (sold in 2014). Prior to joining Parcom Capital in 2006, Erik was CEO of Philips Lighting Electronics of Royal Philips and Head of Corporate M&A at Royal Philips, whom he joined from Morgan Stanley in 2001 where he was Co-Head of the European Financial Institutions Group. Erik has an MSc in Dutch Civil and Commercial Law from Leiden University and an MBA from INSEAD.
