In his role at Palomar, Mr. Ebrahimi is focused on investment analysis, research, due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio management. From a portfolio management perspective, Mr. Ebrahimi focuses primarily on improving financial operations, controls, reporting, and helping create management reports and materials for Board meetings. Prior to working with Palomar, Cyrus spent over a decade in private equity and has been involved in over $150 million in buyout transactions as an investment professional at Parallax Capital Partners, a tech focused private equity firm based in Laguna Hills. Prior to Parallax, he worked for LBA Realty, an office and industrial real estate fund with over $2 billion in AUM and as a senior auditor for Levitz Zacks Certified Public Accountants, where he performed audits on middle-market clients. Cyrus received his M.B.A. from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and his B.S. in Information Systems Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
