Ms. Lyons joined Palladium at its inception in 1997 and, during her tenure with the Firm, has served as a senior member of the Finance, Operations and People Operations teams. Ms. Lyons is currently a Partner of the Firm and advises and supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Operations team on numerous projects. Since 1989, she has worked in the private equity industry in accounting, business management and controllership roles. Previously, she was with J.H. Whitney & Co. in their New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices and RFE Investment Partners in New Canaan, Connecticut. Ms. Lyons earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
