Ms. Nguyen joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Vice President. She serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Health Connect America and previously served on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Accupac. Previously, she worked as an Associate at WL Ross, where she focused on Industrial and Chemical investments. Ms. Nguyen began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Smith College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
