Mr. Reyes joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as a Managing Director, Co-Head of Sustainability. He serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Paragon. Mr. Reyes has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, M&A, and energy commodities trading. Most recently, he was at the International Finance Corporation serving as a Principal in the African, Latin American Fund (ALAC), where he held a number of board positions, as well as the Head of the Direct Equity Tracker Fund. Prior to his time at the IFC, Mr. Reyes held several senior positions at BP plc in London, with his last role being Director of the M&A Group. He began his career as an Evaluation Analyst at the Operations Evaluation Division at the World Bank Group. Mr. Reyes holds a B.A. in Economics from the Universidad de Barcelona, a Masters in International Public Policy from George Mason University, and an M.B.A from the Yale School of Management.
