Carsten Dentler is a Managing Partner at Palladio Infrastruktur GmbH. He has longstanding international transaction and management experience in banking and capital markets. Carsten Dentler established and managed successfully the M&A/IPO/DCM advisory business of an American investment bank, followed by a large Swiss investment bank in Germany and Austria for more than 2 decades, thereof 12 years as member of the Executive Board. In this context, he advised domestic and international companies active in the chemicals, energy transmission and utilities sector, TMT, real estate and other infrastructure-related businesses. Carsten Dentler is a qualified bank clerk and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (University of Mannheim). He is a member of several supervisory boards of listed and private companies.
