Bio

Greg Rosenbaum, President and founder of Palisades, has over 30 years of experience as an institutional investor and merchant banker. Mr. Rosenbaum previously served as a Vice President of the Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation (DKM), a large private investment firm active in leveraged buyouts, reporting directly to the CEO. Mr. Rosenbaum began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, advising Fortune 500 CEOs on matters of corporate strategy. Prior to starting Palisades, Mr. Rosenbaum was a founder and Managing Director of the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC, a merchant banking firm. Mr. Rosenbaum holds a JD from Harvard Law School, a BA from Harvard College, and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is admitted to the active practice of law in Ohio, Illinois, and before the Supreme Court of the United States, and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Sections on Antitrust Law and Business Law. Mr. Rosenbaum is a member of Harvard’s Committee on University Resources, the Dean’s Council at the Kennedy School, the Dean’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory Council at Harvard Law School and is co-chair of his Harvard College Class. He is the chair of the National Debate Tournament Board of Trustees and was appointed by President Obama to serve on the United States Holocaust Memorial Council.
