Prior to managing portfolios, Will had a 10-year career as an equity analyst with ABN AMRO, Alex. Brown, and Wertheim Schroder. During that time, he was recognized as a leader in technology and industrial research in several published surveys, including the Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street Survey". Will started his career as a corporate lending officer at Manufacturers Hanover and then at Chemical Bank (both of which merged into JPMorgan), and subsequently assumed roles in private equity and venture capital at Safeguard Scientifics. He received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his B.B.A. from Emory University. The Reuters Survey on Investment Research, Sales & Trading, and Investment Banking was conferred in 2000. Rankings were originated by Tempest and sponsored by Reuters. The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” award was conferred in 2001. Rankings were tabulated by data provider Thomson Financial/First Call. Neither Reuters nor the Wall Street Journal charges any type of fee to advisers to be listed in the respective surveys.
