Jim is Managing Director, Head of Institutional Sales & Investor Relations and a member of Palisade Capital Management’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Palisade in 2012, Jim was Managing Director of Institutional Sales and Services at Archstone Partnerships. Prior thereto, Jim was Chief Executive Officer and Head of Business Development at Capital Z Asset Management, where he oversaw product development, distribution, and marketing. Prior to Capital Z, he was Senior Managing Director – Corporate Business Head, Institutional Business Development at Bear Stearns Asset Management. During his ten years at Bear Stearns, Jim marketed directly to consultants, U.S. pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and financial institutions. Prior to Bear Stearns, he was Senior Vice President, Partner, and Director of Marketing at Capital Management Associates. Jim also spent 13 years in banking at Westpac Banking Corporation and Chase Manhattan Bank. He earned his B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
