Bio

Brad serves as Managing Director, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, responsible for managing Palisade Capital Management's legal affairs and supervising the administration of Palisade’s compliance program. He is also a member of Palisade’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Palisade in 2006, Brad was a corporate attorney with the law firm of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP, where he worked with his clients on a variety of governance, contractual, and general corporate matters. Brad began his legal career as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he represented companies and private fund sponsors in large private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. Brad is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the Rutgers-Newark School of Law, where he served as Senior Articles Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and member of The Order of the Coif, and his B.A. in Political Science and Economics, with Honors, from Rutgers College as a Henry Rutgers Scholar. Brad maintains the IACCP® (Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional) designation from NRS and the Investment Adviser Association.
