Bio

Marlène joined PAI in 2019 and is a member of the Business Services Team. She is also a Co-Head of the Investment Group. She was involved in the Apave and Armacell transactions. She joined from private equity firm Alpha in Paris where she spent seven years working on a variety of transactions in the consumer and industrials space. Prior to Alpha, she worked two years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London. Marlene started her career as an auditor at Mazars LLP in New York. She holds a double Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées & Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in French and English, and conversational in German.
