Tessa helps entrepreneurs find and buy great businesses. From initial outreach to final close and everything in between, Tessa is energized by being a thought partner to entrepreneurs throughout their search journey. Previously she was an investor at Partners Capital, an outsourced investment office known for its intellectual rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. There, she learned the value of long-term thinking and building strong relationships, both of which she is also drawn to in Search. A British national, she graduated from the University of Oxford and holds an MBA from Stanford GSB.
