Roland focuses his time and energy on supporting entrepreneurs scale their businesses in the pursuit of Enterprise Value. Roland’s passion lies in mentoring operators to tackle challenges across infrastructure development, cost management, mergers and acquisitions and product introduction. Roland was previously Co-CEO of Morningside (Intellectual Property and Translations Services) which was purchased under the search fund umbrella of Greenwich Point Capital. Prior to that Roland was Chief Product Officer and lead M&A for Sterling (STER). Roland holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a MS in Engineering Mgmt. from the University of Western New England amongst a plethora of other mgmt. and operational excellence certificates (6 Sigma, Lean, CQC, APICS CPIM). He also donates his time in the nonprofit space by sitting on the Boards of ConnectiKids and St. Paul.
