Timothy Dowd, Operating Partner, brings over twenty five years of operational experience and skills to the PGI investment process and team. Mr. Dowd has been associated with the Principals dating back to 2006 when he joined the board of eScreen having known Mr. Thompson since 2004. Mr. Dowd along with Mr. Sampson and Mr. Thompson worked together as board members of eScreen until its successful realization in 2012. In 2016 Mr. Dowd joined the board of directors of Lubricating Specialties Company, a portfolio company of Vintage where both Mr. Sampson and Mr. Webster are board members. Mr. Dowd has held various senior management leadership positions across numerous companies, including as the President of USIS commercial division where he met Mr. Sampson in 2005 when they held merger discussions with Mr. Thompson and eScreen; as President and CEO of INPUT; President and CEO of Current Analysis, and as current President andCEO of Accurate Background. Mr. Dowd began his career holding various senior level positions within General Electric. Mr. Dowd received his Bachelor of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Emory University.
