Thomas Webster, Co-founder and Partner, brings over fifteen years of lower middle market experience that includes investment advisory and due diligence expertise, lower middle market operating knowledge, and principal investment experience. Mr. Webster’s career prior to joining the Firm, included a partnership role with Vintage working with Mr. Sampson and leading many of the Vintage investments from due diligence, post-closing investment monitoring roles including board and operating committee roles. Mr. Webster headed the portfolio monitoring activities at Vintage, and was a member of the investment committee. Prior to Vintage, Mr. Webster began his career with Arthur Andersen in the private equity diligence and advisory team where he was an integral participant in investigating and evaluating a multitude of businesses in conjunction with private equity firms. Mr. Webster was also a member of the investment team at Graham Partners, before embarking on a senior management role as an operator for a leading lower middle market business. Mr. Webster received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.
