Robert Thompson, Operating Partner, brings over twenty five years of operating and financial experience in both public and private companies to the team at PGI. Since 2003, Mr. Thompson has led companies associated with the Principals, including as CEO of eScreen, a Vintage portfolio company, where Mr. Thompson served on the board along with Mr. Sampson and Mr. Dowd. eScreen, under Mr. Thompsons leadership and guidance, experienced substantial growth, both organically, as well as through strategic acquisitions both domestically and abroad. eScreen was realized through the successful sale of the business to a public company. In 2014 Mr. Thompson was recruited to become CEO of Emerge, now a Pacific Growth Partners portfolio company, and in 2016 Mr. Thompson joined the board of Sandel, a Vintage portfolio company. Mr. Thompson began his career in consulting, and has held significant management positions for both public and private companies, including COO and CFO of LabOne. Mr. Thompson received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
