Sterling Donnelly joined Paceline in August 2022 and serves as the Head of Investor Relations where she is responsible for new capital formation, client service, and product development. Prior to joining Paceline, Sterling was a Managing Director at Axonic Capital where she was a product specialist within the business development group responsible for institutional clients. Previously, Sterling was a Director at Hudson Advisors, L.P., an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, from 2009 to 2019 where she was a member of the trading team responsible for the residential whole loan and mortgage-backed securities portfolio. Sterling began her career at Bear, Stearns & Co., followed by J.P. Morgan, in the Financial Analytics and Structured Transactions (FAST) group. Sterling received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.
