Jonathan joined Paceline in February 2019 and focuses on overseeing the firm’s private equity investing strategy. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth, operational and add-on acquisition strategies. Jonathan currently serves on the Advisory Board of Paceline portfolio companies RELAM, Inc., Quick Fitting, LLC, and AHF Products, LLC. Prior to Paceline, Jonathan was a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital. Previously, he was a Vice President with Hudson Advisors, L.P., an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds, from 2014 to 2018. In such capacity, Jonathan was responsible for origination, underwriting, and asset management on various operating company investments made by several of Lone Star’s funds. Prior to joining Hudson, Jonathan was an Associate with TriArtisan Capital Partners where he focused on middle market private equity investment opportunities across a broad array of industries. During his time at H.I.G. and Hudson, Jonathan served as a member of the board of directors of Vision Integrated Graphics Group LLC and Arclin, Inc. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (Cum Laude) with a minor in Accounting from The University of Miami.
