James Hritz joined Paceline in February 2021 and leads the firm’s real estate investment efforts. Prior to joining Paceline, James was at Mandrake Capital Partners where he focused on the firm’s single-family build-for-rent development platform. Previously, James served as Senior Vice President with Lone Star Funds, where he was responsible for the origination of CRE investments in North America. Prior to Lone Star, James held Director positions at Gramercy Capital Corp. and ORIX Capital Markets where he focused on the origination of construction and transitional CRE loans. Early in his career, James held positions at Hudson Advisors, Archon Group, and Fairfield Development. James received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University.
