Bio

Grant is a founding partner of the firm and the Head of Investments of Paceline Equity Partners. He is responsible for investment origination at Paceline and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to forming Paceline, Grant was most recently a Senior Managing Director with Lone Star Funds, where he led corporate debt and equity investing for the North American region. Grant has also served as a Research Analyst at APS Financial where he focused on research of and investing in high yield / distressed corporate and special situations. Grant served as a member of the board of directors of Continental Building Products, Inc. (NYSE: CBPX), Forterra, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRTA), Foundation Building Materials (NYSE: FBM), Caliber Home Loans, Inc. and a number of other operating companies. Grant currently serves as a board member of Soldiers' Secret Santa. Grant received a BBA in Finance with a minor in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
