Esam Saidmuratov joined Paceline in October 2023 and is involved in origination, structuring, and capital markets in the various investments within the firm’s private equity and corporate credit strategies. Esam was most recently a Director at Centre Lane Partners, a special situations investment firm focused on making investments in various industries across the capital structure. At Centre Lane, Esam was responsible for the origination, structuring, and capital markets in credit and equity investments. Previously, Esam was a Principal at Flat Rock Global, a private BDC which was founded in partnership with WAMCO. At Flat Rock Global, Esam was responsible for origination, underwriting, portfolio management and fund reporting. Esam invested in industry agnostic private and public credit, minority equity and common stock. Prior to joining Flat Rock, Esam was an Associate at Wells Fargo, where he primarily focused on middle market debt, financing private equity backed acquisitions and DIP/Exit financings. Prior to Wells Fargo, Esam was part of GE Capital’s Investment Analyst Leadership Program, which was an intensive leadership development program that was later acquired by Wells Fargo. Esam received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Baruch College, Zicklin of Business.
