Mr. Lee Rowe is a Managing Director of P4G where he leads all aspects of manufacturing optimization and leadership training from C-Suite to the shop floor. Mr. Rowe works directly with portfolio companies to help them achieve their maximum potential by implementing efficient operational processes, transparent management structures, and KPIs. Prior to P4G, Mr. Rowe served at both Sorenson Capital and Pelican Energy Partners as a management mentor and leadership specialist to help expand capabilities and capacity of organizations through leadership training and sharing of best practices. Mr. Rowe has served as the CEO of Performance Wellhead and Frac, Rapid Rod Service LLC /LTD, Elite Production Service, and RWI, LLC. Mr. Rowe has served as Chairman of the board for three companies and has been a board member at four additional enterprises. Before entering the private equity arena, Mr. Rowe served as General Manager of Valtek Control Valves, a division of Flowserve, overseeing operations in North and South America, Europe, and India. He has served as General Manager at J.C. Carter, Inc., overseeing the LNG pump division, and oversaw all aerospace manufacturing operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in management consulting as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and a Principal at A.T. Kearney specializing in aerospace engineering and manufacturing. Mr. Rowe has expertise in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and systems implementation. He also achieved the designation of Provisional ISO-9000 Quality Systems Assessor. Mr. Rowe began his professional career working for Lockheed Missiles and Space Company as a rocket and jet propulsion systems engineer designing and testing missile, launch vehicle, upper stage and satellite propulsion systems.
