Dan has 12 years of investing experience as well as geopolitical analysis of natural resources. Dan began his career as a geopolitical analyst at Whitebox Advisors and stationed in Ecuador, SA, focusing on the political transitions impact on the mining industry. Upon completing his time in Ecuador, Dan worked for Whitebox as an Event Driven / Special Situations investment analyst, where he was responsible for generating and evaluating non-market correlated investment opportunities as well as structured convertible PIPE (Private Issuance of Public Equity) transactions. After Whitebox, he co-founded Fox Lake Capital, a financial consulting firm that investigates new business lines, acquisition targets, and assists with investing excess client cash flows. Dan currently serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Air T, Inc. He currently serves on the board of Town & Country Fence, LLC. Dan is a graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
