Sebastian Stalter has been an investment director at Orlando since 2022. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining Orlando, he worked for a mid-market private equity firm where he was responsible for several pan-European acquisitions and refinancings, in particular in the automotive sector. Previously, he worked at Rothschild & Co. where he focused on complex financial restructurings, distressed M&A and debt advisory. Sebastian studied business administration at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
