Jeff Browning is a Managing Director in ORIX Private Equity Solutions. He joined ORIX USA in 2008, initially with the Portfolio Management group, later joining ORIX Special Assets. Mr. Browning’s previous experience includes roles as Vice President with Palomino Capital, LP, a Dallas-based middle-market merchant and investment banking firm, and with Dallas-based Challenger Capital Group, Ltd., a middle-market investment banking firm. He was also an Associate with JP Morgan Securities in New York and Houston, as well as an Assistant Vice President in the Structured Finance group with Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas. Mr. Browning completed a BBA in Finance & Real Estate at Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Finance at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
