Sergio has worked as a consultant for companies in tax and corporate matters, also in the context of extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, mergers, demergers and liquidations). It is specialized in the control of management and verification of the industrial accounting plans, in the budget audit and in the assessments of companies and drafting of reports. He worked at the KPMG auditing company and currently holds the office of Auditor and Auditor for several Italian companies. Sergio has gained significant experience in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy procedures, also holding the position of Curator at the Court of Bologna, he is also an expert in the preparation of Technical Office Consulting (CTU) and part-time (CTP). Sergio is a member of the Mid Market commission of AIFI. Sergio is a graduate in Economics and Business from the University of Bologna, he is a chartered accountant and auditor.
