Fabio was CEO of AC Cesena. Fabio has been working as a management consultant since 2006. He has carried out reorganization projects for the leading companies such as Gnutti Finnveden Powertrain, Isuzu, Faram and Guess. He has carried out projects in the field of Operations in Italy and abroad for leading companies including Hutchinson, Iveco, Barilla, Tetrapak, Astra Iveco, Corghi Group and Cocif, gaining solid experience in managing change in complex projects and in industrial restructuring. Fabio is specialized in product and process engineering activities and in all areas of the supply chain, from purchases to distribution.
